Outside

I went outside this morning and took a few pictures.....

This is the most used room at our house. Roi and his son Jon refurbished an old swing for me..

Another View.. This covered area is 12' X 18'

We have a fig tree in the back yard....

With figs on it! I may have to stand guard when they start to ripen or the birds will eat them.

We also have a willow tree.... it seems to be happy because it is not weeping...

This pampas grass has bamboo growing in it,,, I love bamboo... taste so good!

We have 4 rose bushes, these three are growing like crazy.... Paulette says it is because she pours coffee on them. Don't tell her it's because of the Miracle Grow I put on them.....

I planted these while staying at Roi and Rachelle's house...... they have been slow growers..but at last... they bloomed..

The House

Our new house came with a built-in kitty... We named it Fluffy { I name everything Fluffy }. Fluffy is a girl kitty who could very well be pregnant...  We are not feeding Fluffy, I have done that many times in the past and the kitties then stick around and even bring their babies, parents, aunts and uncles, friends and passing acquaintances.

Yard Sale and Thrift Shop Finds
This sofa was $80.00 at a thrift shop It has lavender, green, pink and blue on a cream background.

Roi and Rachelle loaned us a table. We found the chairs at a flee market and the tablecloth at the thrift shop.

The Shower curtain we found at the same thrift shop we also bought a green towel to match it and  a deep purple one a K-Mart.

"The Adventure Begins"

The Vagabond Sisters....... Paulette Faust and Peggy Faust Stickroth

We have both moved to Oregon and rented a house in Myrtle Point. First, we both got off of a plane with two suit cases and now we have a house full of junk... we borrowed stuff from Roi and Rachelle and hit every yard sale we could find.....

Paulette and I are now disabled and that makes for some hilarious moments. Like trying to drive, getting in and out of the car is really funny... and we both make old people noises every time we move.....

Shopping for groceries is an adventure of its own... Paulette rides in the electric cart because she can't walk well enough. I have to push a cart just to hold me up.... We don't eat the same foods, heck we don't even eat at the same time...

We are off on an adventure........  And you are welcome to join us through this blog...... I will put up pictures and keep you posted right here...
